Huka falls track was a soothing color palette in the mist of those cloudy late-summer days. Being one of the most visited natural attractions in New Zealand, the one-hour bushwalk to Huka Falls was surprisingly relaxing and quiet although it was still in the peak season.
Granet museum is a must-see because it houses hundreds of works by François Granet, Paul Cézanne, Van Gogh, Picasso and other world's famous painters/sculptors.
In my imagination, Cannes must be very fancy and glamorous -- you know, with the world's most prestigious film festival, the red carpets, the Hollywood stars and all that. The truth is that on the absence of celebrities, Cannes is just a peaceful and picturesque beach town. You can leisurely walk along the promenade without being disturbed by thousands of teens act crazily outside the Festival Palace or being stopped for security checks every street corner.
